Hello Ashley I’m sorry you are highly upset your hair is fine and making the parts small will actually break your hair I should have told you though (and that’s one thing I always tell my client when they book a style with me ) and you still have my number to text and ask for a redo or something. My advert is not false and all styles I advertise I do them .. hair textures and boho hairs are a different and also you won’t buy a different brand and expect your outcome to be same . You sent a photo of what you wanted and you should have asked or told me you wanted the same curls and besides that Client brought her hair just like you did. No justifications though but I would have appreciated if you called or sent me a text or tell me before leaving my place
