I was now charged a 103.00 "no show" fee after this review and paying 275.00. As you've even stated in your reply, I was there, so far that's the most... untrue thing about all of this. I left a tip because I felt bad about how burdensome this seemed from the moment I walked in, and I genuinely wanted to support you. Woke up heartbroken to remember this as I've never had such a negative experience afterward. I was so excited to find a spiritual person to work with, but now I'm out almost 400.00 for something I would have still paid more for if done in a way that suited my hair needs over time and convenience. The person with me yesterday confirmed that many of these were only rolled with no interlocking, and there was no point rotation on the interlocking as the ones that are can be pulled out after one loop. Being dismissed of my experience and being penalized with fraudulent claims for my honesty is the very obstinate mindset that let me know my opinion wouldn't hold weight over convenience. I didn't say your work was bad, this is just not what I had in mind at all and that hurts. I wasn't even after any other compensation or remedy, just sharing my experience, so this is also very disheartening. Seeing how this has been handled only proves why I felt saying anything wouldn't have gone well. I really tried to like it.. But my hair is coming out in clumps due to the way my roots were being torn throughout the appointment to make my hairstyle more convenient. I also tried to point that out, but it didn't seem to go well. I'm really discouraged, but still grateful for the time spent on my hair. I just wish I was told that maybe I should come back at a different time or that my hairstyle would not be adequate to work on, especially if I was still going to be charged an extra 103.. I paid for interlocking, but left with primarily gel palm rolled locs with a few occasional loops. I also thought only a few microlocs would be combined for strength, but the majority of them have been combined. If you said I had sisterlocks, combining them in a way that no longer makes that the case is not what was discussed. I can also show pictures but that isn't what I was after. I was afraid to say anything due to the apprehension at the start of the appointment because of seeing the amount of locs I had. Show more

Ma'am I didn't charge you an extra $100 the app has been glitching since yesterday and Booksy charged you. That's out of my control. But I will apologize for the mistake on Booksy behalf and to ensure you you will be getting your $100 refunded ASAP. I'm not going to go back and fourth with you. When we booth know you were satisfied. I’m very confused by your review. You booked a consultation with interlocking. I educated you on locs and sister locs, I also gave you products to use to keep your hair growing and hydrated. You mentions you had clumps of hair that came out, which isn’t true. (But you have sister locs). You also mentioned I used gel and palmed rolled you locs, I used an interlocking tool. I have pictures to prove as well. During your appointment, I let you know that you had locs that was thinning and on the verge of falling out. You told me to combined your locs to make the process easier and convenient due to the thinning. You mentioned you weren’t satisfied and scared but you were laughing and conversing with me but with others in the establishment as well. (Not once mentioned you were uncomfortable or unhappy). During the process of interlocking your hair, I’ve showed you the progress of what was finished and you still didn’t mention being unsatisfied with service. You left an $45 tip and when I was finished you had a smile on your face. I have photos to prove and we also have video and audio as well.
