(horrible customer service) I don't believe in giving reviews to put others down, but more so to help give them an insight to do better. So, hopefully... what I am about to say is to educate and that you take what I have to say into consideration. .... When I first called, I ask her if I can come in for a consultation. She was laughing and joking in the background while talking to me. (unprofessional). But, I thought she was nice enough to invite me to stop by the same day. I came in at around 5:15 pm and I told her that I needed to be home at 9:00 pm and would she be able to finish my hair on time so I can leave around 8:30 pm? Because I don't live in Buffalo. She said "oh yea, I have two people in front of you, but I will definetily have all of you out of here way before 9:00 pm. I thought, wow. Great. While waiting and watching her do another clients hair, She have the nerve to suggest me to go across the store to buy another jar of loc product and than say "Just to give you something to do". (huh?). I ignored the suggestion. Than I got hungry and decided to leave out to grab something to eat, she asked me if I was going to subway. I said no, I'm just going to buy some chips. She says "grab me a bag of lays while you at it". I'm standing there like I know she's not asking me to buy her some lays? Than slowly hands me money due to me just looking at her in a funny way. I get back and she didn't put my head in the bowl until about 8:05 pm. I thought maybe she would be done soon. Under the dryer, another client told me that it was 8:22 pm because I left my phone in the car to charge. I was thinking now I have to cancel all 4 of my classes that I teach at home as an online teacher. There is no way I would make it home on time. My job ended up deducted $40 out of my pay for short notice Teacher cancellation. I told her about the cancellations and she still charged me the same price. $85 for a retwist plus $10 for I guess clipping my ends. The app had taxes and the total was $98.00. My hair ended up looking nice, okay. I didn't leave the place until around 10:00 pm. But, honestly I do not believe $98 was deserving due to her services and professionalism. Although, my hair turned out nice, the way you presented yourself to a new client was a big turn off. Having a business in the hood is no excuses of your unprofessionalism. Lost client! Anyways, heres a picture for anyone who doesn't care of how she treats you. But, just care about their hair. #dreads Show more

Lisa's customer service is bad she does not know how to talk to her customers for example I wanted the bob box braids and I told her I wanted the ends... burned first of all she told too get the wrong type of hair and when I she was pulling my hair back to braid it she yanked my take my advice and don't waste your time or money on ms Lisa's shop Show more
