I set up a last minute appointment for my husband with Bryleen. Booking was super easy with the app & I really appreciated that. My husband had the ...VIP cut. This included a haircut, beard, facial cleansing with steam and blackhead removal. Bryleen did a phenomenal job. He worked with my husband when my husband showed him what he was thinking of for a haircut/style & Bryleen assisted him with a different hairstyle to accommodate his hair loss/receding hairline. His cut came out GREAT. It’s certainly not what he normally gets done, but that was the point of going somewhere new and trying something new! They also trimmed up him eyebrows, mustache and beard. The ask came out great! My husband really loved the facial cleansing, it was relaxing and he was struggling to stay awake. He didn’t even feel the blackhead removal process, which he usually gets annoyed with at home! The chair was massaging him while he sat there. Overall it was a wonderful and relaxing experience. M Please note, that what I’m about to say is NOT a complaint, I just want to give a heads up that in the booking app it says that the VIP experience is 1 hour long. So we booked it for 10am thinking he would be done by about 11am. We didn’t leave till 12:30pm. So please keep that in mind when scheduling. Again, NO COMPLAINTS, we still would have booked either way! Just would have liked to know ahead of time that it may take that long so we could plan accordingly. I’ve attached a photo we took today. (Blurred out our child!) The lines are nice & he even used spray to darken the edges/hairline. Very impressed and will DEFINITELY be returning! Thank you SO MUCH Bryleen!
