Im very sorry to hear this. I do have full refund policy if you are not satisfied. I do remember when you came in a few weeks ago. I asked you several time how you liked your haircut because i did not understanding your explanation of how you wanted it. I showed pictures but none of them were quite what you wanted. So you continued to explain the haircut using your own verbiage. When i finally believed i understood your explanation I did the cut. When we finished you said it was good but next time you wanted the fade to be more bald. But in the beginning you specifically said you did not want it to be bald. The whole time you never complained about the hairline. If the hairline was pushed back/unfixable i would have given a full refund. And if you wanted we could have sat down and re-did the fade. But you said it's ok and paid me and walked out with a smile. So i never imagined you were this unsatisfied. But still I’m very sorry i did not get your haircut the way you wanted. And i wish you the best.
