From the very beginning, she took her time to walk me through the entire process step by step and made ...sure I felt completely comfortable with the color choices. She answered all of my questions with patience and care, which really meant a lot—especially since it was my first time getting this service. The atmosphere in her salon is something special. The moment I walked in, I felt a sense of peace—it’s energetic, yet calming and relaxing at the same time. You can truly feel the spirit of God in that space. Natasha goes beyond just doing hair. She genuinely cares about her clients and their experience. It’s not just “book an appointment, sit, and leave”—she makes it an experience you actually enjoy. She even followed up with me the next day to make sure I didn’t have any concerns. You can tell she loves what she does, and she wants you to love your experience too. I’m so grateful I found her!
