I got Gel-X nails and they’re already lifting. I don’t think the nail tech pressed the nails down enough during the application. I then asked for a sp...ecific design and the nail tech wasn’t able to do it. I asked for a different design and she rushed through it. I also asked them to make sure the black nail polish for my pedicure was actually black. The last time I asked for black, it turned blue in the sun. The same mistake happened again. I’ve had good experiences here but this visit was just not it. Show more

Unreliable appointment times. If you are in a time crunch or expect to plan your day around your appointment, be prepared for up to an hour wait even ...with an appointment. I understand Vietnamese, and as the employees were speaking amidst themselves it was clear to me that the employees were not aware of my appointment or the next appointment. They also didn’t check or refer to any appointment system. In fact, because they weren’t prepared for my appointment that included nail art, I said I’d just have a regular manicure without nail art. Lastly, it’s only been one week and my gel polish is already peeling on the edges, they didn’t apply the binder all the way to the edges. Show more

ivy didn’t even do my nails, some random lady did and she told me it was her first day and honestly the nails were ok, not what i wanted, not my style... and not like the picture i showed and not sharp. Also the guy who did my pedicure did a terrible job and didn’t even properly paint my toe nails or take cuticles off. the whole time he was quiet and acted like he didn’t wanna be there. i bet you wouldn’t post this picture on your instagram.
