Showed up to my appointment on time @ 6:53pm for 7pm. After working from 4am-5:45pm. She was running behind which I understand sometimes that happens.... But an hour went past and still was there. Pulled off at 7:56pm, furious and almost in tears due to my Anniversary being tomorrow and my hair wasn’t done. If I knew I’d be waiting I would’ve gotten food and slowed down. But there was no heads up. I love supporting people but this made me want to comb out my locs. Communication is all I needed before coming. I’m understanding. But driving 42mins away from home and then 42mins back in Dallas traffic really rude my weekend. Show more

Hey cheyenna, i apologize for not notifying you ahead of your appointmentf time but unfortunately when im working trying to finish im not looking at my phone. When you arrived i let you know im still working but would get to you soon you said okay take your time no rush, i let you know i was done with the client and needed a couple minutes and you left without saying anything. I called and texted to figure out what was going on so we could fix the issue there. I hope to see you in the future and discussing a discount.
