Medium Fulani braids

Firstly, she is working from home, which was not stated upfront. I arrived for my appointment on time and she was not there. When she arrives 5 minute...s later her and a male ask me to park on the street so they can park in the driveway. The street is a busy street and I let them know I didn’t feel comfortable. She then said “ ok. He said you can move back to the driveway.” At this point I’m questioning was my appointment with him or her. When my braids were completed… the front is neat but the individual braiding needs ALOT of work. So many lumps and ripples in the braid. None of the flyaways were cut and it’s sloppy ESPECIALLY on the ends. I PAID BUT WILL NOT RETURN. Show more

Sorry to hear that you were not satisfied. I wish you would have spoke on your concerns before leaving. Maybe I could have corrected them for you. But I was told by you after examining your hair thoroughly in the mirror that you absolutely loved it! I am home based. Sorry for the miscommunication there. However, I provided you with the address immediately after booking. The parking was a small issue that was quickly resolved to accommodate you. I started our appointment on time. I'm not sure why you stated 5 minutes late. I wish you the best going forward in life and I pray that God gives you the peace you need. Maybe one day you could spread that peace to others in return.
