This was my first hair install with cierra. I came to her and said I have an important event can you make me look beautiful. The appointment setting u...p was easy she made sure to follow up with me before my appointment to get a clear understanding of how i may want my hair and what i could afford. When I got there she got straight to work made sure my hair was wash. Even gave me tip on my natural hair. She made sure I felt comfortable. The bundle I got from her didn’t tangle and still hold up to this day. She also did my makeup she gave me tip on the best natural look for my complexion. In the end she gave me tips on how to up keep my hair. After the appointment she followed up too see if I had any questions. Over all Cierra has been a blessing to my head. Show more

Hello, I am sorry that you feel you didn’t receive a great experience as we strive to provide the best to our clients. As you know I typically cancel an appointment after you have exceeded the 10min grace period. I still proceeded to accommodate you after you arrived 30 minutes later. Please understand after being 30minutes late I now have to work you in between my other clients, so it won’t affect their time. The hair installed was the same hair I removed and washed from your previous install.
