I had a great experience getting my locs retwisted. Jay provided great service was very knowledgeable dropping gems as she did my hair and really paid... attention to detail. I also appreciated how mindful Jay was of social cues — she knew when to engage in conversation and when to let me relax. She’s very respectful all around and made sure I was comfortable the entire time.
