First of all Kelly was very sweet and welcoming as this was my first time. I was very nervous since this was a big hair transition but her confidence ...helped calm me down. Great hospitality and attitude! As for the work itself im obsessed with it, the sectioning is exactly how I wanted it and she was kind enough to provide multiple color options to chose from so that I could be sure on what I wanted!! Booked for the tik tok and ended up with this. So very disappointed I could cry Kelly was very nice until I said I don’t like my hair though after ret...rying to tone it 3 times. First time going to a salon to get my hair dyed and im scared to ever try again. I was also still charged for this service after being at the salon for 4 hours and not receiving my result.

Hi Janaya, thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry to hear you were disappointed, as my goal is always for every client to leave feeling confident and happy with their hair. During your appointment, we did achieve the lighter blonde shade shown in your inspiration photo. At that point, you shared that it was actually too light, so I toned your hair multiple times in an effort to create the shade you were looking for. I spent additional time making those adjustments at no additional charge because I genuinely wanted you to be happy with the result. I also explained that freshly lightened hair can continue to settle over the following days, and I offered you a complimentary follow-up appointment the following week. This would have allowed your hair time to rest while naturally revealing more of the desired tone, and we could have made any final adjustments needed at that time. Even after the police were contacted during the appointment,and you refusing to pay after 3 1/2 hrs of working on your hair, I remained professional and continued to offer solutions to help you achieve your desired result. Throughout the entire service, my priority was both your satisfaction and maintaining the health and integrity of your hair. While I’m sorry that we couldn’t meet your expectations that day, I appreciate the opportunity to have worked with you and wish you nothing but the best.

Everything was good, my color turned out exactly what I wanted. The only thing I wasn’t happy with was the partial charge for a Brazilian blowout, my ...hair was just blow dried straight, there was no added volume.
