I booked this appointment online yesterday. arrived 5 minutes early this morning for my appointment. they took someone else ahead of me. I ended up wa...iting over an hour when they asked who was next. I explained that I had booked my appointment online and the owner said we don't look at the online. why, would you have someone to make an appointment online and then you don't even check the online bookings? their service is good. however, this is not the first time this has happened to me and I believe that my time is just as valuable as their time is. we'll have to consider finding a new place to get my nails done since I cannot be treated like I matter
