This lady constantly rescheduled me for two weeks in a row every time I was ready to do her hair (before I had deposits) and made me miss out on other potential clients, came at very disrespectful within our first encounter, only wanted to book when it was a deal at first. Our last time trying to schedule SHE scheduled on my site and it overlapped with a existing clients appointment so I I reached out and let her know that it would have to be rescheduled. Day of I had a REALLY BAD FIRE at my house after coming home from an overnight shift that I had to take care off and offered her a heavy discount. I tried being as professional as I could on my end AND SHE IS GETTING HER DEPOSIT BACK I DONT KEEP DEPOSITS IF YOU DONT GET SERVICED A DEPOSIT IS ONLY A PLACE HOLDER THANK YOU. And she got her deposit back so idk what she ranting about . Like I said very RUDE and I did her daughter’s hair communication was VERY EASY with her auntie. And she didn’t pay a deposit then. I don’t and won’t service anyone who threatens me aka “ I know where you live " like over 25 dollars I said I was giving back and I literally cannot keep if you don't show up Because that’s now how my booking site WORKS . !?! You got your money back by 7pm earlier than I said you would and I have proof of refund
