My experience with Braids That Speak was exceptional from start to finish. I had been following their content on Instagram and TikTok for a while and ...finally decided to book an appointment. The process was seamless from the moment I had my consultation and secured my booking with a deposit. Their communication was outstanding—everything was confirmed through both text messages and emails, ensuring I knew exactly what was required. Anytime I had questions, I received prompt and helpful responses. Suria and Sakaya were both so welcoming, answering all my questions and offering great tips on how to care for my braids until my retie. They were also incredibly efficient! My appointment was at 8:00 AM, and I was done by 12:45 PM. I truly enjoyed the entire experience and felt it was completely worth the 4-hour drive to get my hair done. I got my micro locs with extended braid down by Sakaya. The service was amazing. The shop is beautiful very stylish and clean. Everyone was so pleasan...t and nice. Sakaya checked in with me frequently and saw if I needed it like a bathroom break or just a stretch. My locs are absolutely gorgeous.
