This is hands down the best barbershop in LA (and I’ve tried a bunch). Eye is a true artist. The dude’s attention to detail and diligence is unmatched.... He once told me that every haircut he gives, he imagines his client is going to be on national TV the next day, and he feels a responsibility to make the client look as good as possible. Those aren’t just words—Eye really believes it. Consistency was also an important factor I was looking for in a regular barber—and Eye ALWAYS delivers. Another thing about Eye—and something that’s often overlooked/underrated about barbers—is he knows how to read the room. I’ve seen him chop it up with super friendly clients, and then be much more laid back/quiet with reserved clients. He’ll adjust the experience based on the client’s temperament/mood, and that’s a skill most barbers don’t have. Trust me—once you get your first cut with Eye, there’ll never be a good reason to try another barber. Save yourself some time and run to Eye. The dude is on another level. Show more
