I’ve been taking my son to Josh for almost 10 years. Every time he moved from shop to shop, I stuck with him and stayed loyal to him. Recently, the la...st few visits have not been pleasant. He has been making my son feel tolerated and not appreciated. During my last visit, as he was cutting my son’s hair he rudely interrupted my conversation that I was having and announced that my son hair was not washed. My son’s hair did grow more than usual so maybe he didn’t thoroughly washed it this time. Addressing me about the situation was not the problem because he has a couple of times in the past. I expected him to pull me to the side and discuss that matter in private after he is finished cutting his hair, which he usually does. He also cancelled my son’s appointment midway and I was confused. When I brought it to his attention about him canceling the appt, all he said his hair got cut, that’s it. When I questioned him about his statement, he said he told me before which is fine but his deliverance was rude and disrespectful. He then questioned my parenting skills. I then left and ask one of his colleagues was he accepting new clients, he said no. I didn’t want his services, that was just my way of showing him that I was not coming back. Appreciate all of your customers and respect all of your customers, don’t make them feel tolerated. Show more
