During your consultation you failed to include an accurate description of your tattoo. You were quoted one price for a small tattoo, but wanted something 2-3 times the agreed upon size on the day of the appointment. You were told during the consultation that deposits are nonrefundable. You have the opportunity to either pay the additional money to get what you want at the size that you requested, or get something that fits my hourly rate and your budget.
