Initially I was grateful that I was able to get an appt same day within 30 minutes of booking the appt. Later found out that the stylist was overbooke...d and she never told me until over 2 hours later while I waited under the dryer. Once I finally got in her chair and she was near the end of finishing the style I showed her a picture of. She stated that I never showed her a picture of the style I wanted and immediately became confrontational and dismissed me. Never going back

I’m honestly surprised by your review. I accommodated you at the last minute after your previous stylist canceled and did my best to fit you into my schedule. During the consultation, you showed me a reference photo for the service you wanted. After the service was completed, you then showed me a completely different photo and said that was the result you expected. I explained that the photo you showed afterward was not the one initially provided, which is when you became frustrated. I always do my best to deliver results based on the consultation and reference given at the start of the appointment. I’m also glad you won’t book again because I have good energy and I expect the same from my client I wouldn’t book you again anyway.
