The haircut wasn’t exactly what I asked for. It was cut too high but by the time he showed me, it was too late to say anything. I booked an appointmen...t off of “STEVIEPLAYBOY” Instagram account willing to pay $60 for a cut from HIM. Instead I showed up to a completely different barber who messed up my hair and still had to pay $60. I booked my appointment 12 hours in advance and it didn’t get confirmed until 40 minutes prior… I reached out to to address the situation and was left with a “apologies for the mix up”… the cut wasn’t terrible don’t get me wrong. I WANTED WHAT I BOOKED AND WHAT I SHOWED THE BARBER.. I got neither. Show more

With all due respect. You booked with the owner on his day off. And if it’s not who you wanted. You could have asked the other barbers how do I go about booking with the owner. Sorry about your the mix up. And sorry it wasn’t what you wanted. But if you wanted cut by someone specific you should of waited for said person instead of getting a haircut then leaving and then complaining you could of explained the the barber you were not happy and the issue could of been resolved hope you can find a shop that will please you. Thanks for your buisness but we only provide nothing but the best at playboys
