Where is the professionalism these days? Finding reliable, trustworthy professionals is scarce these days. I scheduled a retwist for my daughter, paid... the deposit 2x (accident), and was confirmed for a 330 appt. I get a message an hour b4 letting me know it may be a lil after the scheduled time. My time has come and gone and no contact unless I'm reaching out. A little late turned into 3 hours late for a confirmed appointment. That eventually canceled. Only to be refunded 10$.
