Been going here since 2019. Have had a pretty solid experience minus a few issues with my haircuts. This past month I sent Warren this picture and adv...ised him that people were speaking badly about my haircut. He messaged me back and said “Let them keep talking. Mistakes happen”. No additional messages were exchanged. During my next appointment he did not mention the topic until the end of the haircut expressing that he would like me to word my message differently in the future as he did not understand who the message was coming from. He also stated that he is a perfectionist etc. Unfortunately as a paid client there was no mention of the actual issue which was me being cut, no discount or resolution mentioned until I advised him I am not knowledgeable of haircutting and the tools. He then finally explained his plan to use different clippers. Instead of addressing my concern as someone who paid in full for his service he decided it was more important to lead with his feelings around our initial communication of the issue which was respectful and without mention of even an apology for me having to walk around with a scar after paying in full. Cuts where skin is broken is a concern for health and cosmetic reasons. Unfortunately I will need to discontinue doing business here due to this experience. Show more
