I recently got a cut here and had a mixed experience. Before the cut started, I specifically mentioned that I did not want my hairline pushed back, an...d that I only wanted a light line-up on the sides and c-cups. Unfortunately, my line was pushed back more than I asked, and my c-cups were taken too high, which was disappointing since I was clear about my preferences. On the positive side, my beard was done really well — sharp and clean without needing a razor. However, even after I explained that I didn’t want a razor lineup at all, T still insisted on using it. Because of that, my beard actually started to bump up a little afterward, but luckily I know how to manage it before it had gotten out of control. T was cool and professional during the service, but I really wish my instructions had been fully followed, especially since I made them clear before she started cutting. Overall, the experience wasn’t terrible, but I left feeling that my haircut didn’t reflect what I asked for. Show more
