      If You Already Know Lice Are Present We strongly recommend booking a full lice removal. Head Check Service Our head check is a 15-minute screening appointment designed to determine whether lice or nits are present. Using a professional-quality nit comb, we check thoroughly and accurately. Head checks are flat-fee appointments charged per person and do not include lice removal. If Lice Are Found We will review your options and help schedule the next available lice removal appointment. If our schedule allows, we may begin the first step of removal during the head check, but this cannot be guaranteed. If removal is started, the head check fee will be applied toward the removal cost total appointment instead. Removals are 90 minutes and have a $60 minimum charge, ensuring enough time for removal. If No Lice Are Found You are charged only for the head check. Please note: A 20% gratuity will be added to all invoices.

Estimated Time & Cost Short hair / mild case: 15–30 min | $30–$60 Shoulder-length / medium case: 45–75 min | $90–$150 Long, thick, or severe case: 1.5–2+ hours | $180–$240+ A $15 Terminator Nit Comb fee (one per household) is added to all lice removal appointments. Please book additional head checks for any other family members. A $60 cancellation fee applies for appointments canceled within 24 hours. Preparation: Arrive with dry, clean, and fully detangled hair for best results. We are HSA approved, and accept all major credit cards and cash. Please note: A 20% gratuity will be added to all invoices.

      Follow-Up Appointment This appointment is for one individual and is scheduled 3–7 days after a full lice removal. A follow-up is required to maintain the 60-day guarantee. Policies 12-hour cancellation policy Missed or late-canceled appointments will be charged the full follow-up fee ($25 for short hair or $35 for long hair) Please note: A 20% gratuity will be added to all invoices.
