I'll start by saying my hair came out great! Overall, my experience was fair. My only issue was the timing! My appointment was at 11:30am, and by arou...nd 3pm, only the right back was done. There was a 1pm appointment and a 3pm walk-in, and both finished before me! I was there from 11:30pm to 9:40pm.! I mainly scheduled this because the site it said 11:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. First-timers, please bring cash or make sure you can pay with Zelle. If you try to pay with Apple Pay, you'll have to pay an $8 fee. The manager called me while I was still at the shop to apologize for the inconvenience and offered some compensation. I will be back, as long as I'm not there for 10 hours again! I’d love to try the miracle knots since that's what everyone was coming for.
