      You must provide whatever color or toner for your services.. Please only book appointments that you can arrive anywhere from 5-15 minutes early for. I have a lot of clients & run a tight ship. Every minute counts. If you will not be on time, please call or text to notify me at least 15 minutes in advance or your appointment will be deemed 'no call no show' which will result in charges to your card. You WILL be assessed charges if you are more than 5 minutes late. If you are repeatedly late, you will lose privileges to your ability to access my calendar.. Friday Saturday Sundays you MUST be in the building at LEAST 5 minutes early, otherwise I will take any walk in's to maximize my time. Too many people are showing up 5 & 10 minutes late without giving me proper notice. This messes up my schedule.. Common courtesy is much appreciated. If you miss an apt, or show up too late to complete the services booked, you will not be able to work with me until I've been fully compensated for the time you allocated.

      This includes wash, cut, & style. However, this service is billed at $80/hr. 2hr minimum. ONLY on Friday thru Sundays'!! If your service takes longer than 2hrs you will be charged $20/15min accordingly.. If I'm running behind, the clock starts when you sit in my chair.
