Appointment was booked for 9 am. Stylist didn’t show up until 9:53. No phone calls saying she was going to be late nothing. Not even an apology fro...m the stylist. Online the service said it would only take an hour but it was over 2 hours before my son was done. Booked online at one price and then was told a totally different price when we got there. The stylist was rude to my son. I will definitely not be returning nor recommending anyone to this place. Show more
