Now there is a story here! Two weeks ago I rolled in with no appt. because I had just been informed I was to be at a job interview the next day! I had... had a nightmarish cut the month previously at a discount hair place. I HAD long hair to below my ribs when I went in. No more needed to say but the cut she gave me was life altering! In short ASHLEY LICHTER fixed it enough in between her appts to make it look much better and also got me a recommendation to get my nails done! I got the job! Fast forward I came back with an appointment to get my hair done properly and she turned a mess into an exquisite haircut and color!!! If I could give her 6 stars I would. I chose a color and some haircuts and she made it even better! Show more

I came across this salon from a post one of the stylists made on facebook and decided to try them. Iv been on the hunt for a good hair salon and I fou...nd it here at Mark Douglas! The salon itself is super cute and so clean. Everyone that I interacted with was nothing but welcoming. Amanda was my stylist who helped me achieve one of the best red color that I have ever had. I have never been happier with a red outcome before. Amanda made me feel comfortable and made sure everything looked as I wanted and imagined. She got the color spot on as well as the trim/shaping. Will definitely go back for future cuts and colors! 10/10 recommend. Show more

I LOVE Mark Douglas Hairdressing! Even after moving away from the Clermont area, I still make the effort to stop by whenever I’m in town! I always fee...l anxious when I go to any other hair salon but not here, they just get me. Here’s my story: I lived in downtown Orlando for years and had what I thought was a great hair stylist. Then I moved to Clermont area and had a really... bad hair experience. After getting over the trauma I decided to try mark Douglas salon. Keep in mind I have very dark brown hair and I’m use to being a cool blonde. My Artist not stylist was Heather. I was amazed at her technique and variations of products she used as well as her obvious talent. Mark I will be a client there as long as Heather is there lol. She is a GEM to our area. Ty very much! You have earned a loyal customer with complete confidence in your ability. Mark your products are amazing and gentle. I didn’t even feel the bleach it felt like a moisture mask! Stylist Kaitlin Maradiaga is such a gift! She is so kind and understanding of my autistic daughter’s needs and curious questions. And she’s also wonde...rful for over-50 me! I time my cuts for my visits to my mom in FL (I live up North) because I so love Kaitlin. And the salon is gorgeous, Insta fun with a coffee bar, charging outlets and selfie light mirrors!!
