Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience. We had an appointment today for my 12-year-old son. My son has a hairstyle that isn’t the normal cle...an cut that you get with clippers. Mike actually seemed hostile and a little bit insulting of my son’s choice for wanting just a little bit of haircut off. I understand as a barber you need direction from the client on what they want to need, but to speak to a 12-year-old boy the way he did was completely uncalled for. It was a horrifying experience to feel so helpless get a place that my son was actually excited to go get his haircut with them. While saying these things, Mike was also vaping in the shop while standing directly behind my son. That I thought was extremely unprofessional for any person to do in a shop. After my son was berated a few more times, and told that what he wanted wouldn’t even look like he got a haircut and to just save his mom money we decided to leave. Although I don’t understand this trend of the fluffy hair, I would never talk to another person the way they spoke to my son. Although I’m not surprised to get treatment like that from this particular barbershop it was still extremely disappointing to have to experience it.a Show more

I’m very sorry you feel this way. Yes you made an appointment and both you and your son had no idea what you wanted to do with his hair. You both can unprepared, no pictures, no references, no ideas just mad at the situation. Your son had about 6 inches of hair all around and said you wanted a quarter inch taken off. So I said from a professional point of view that it’s not even gonna look like you got your hair cut, and it would be waisting your mom’s money. Then your proceeded to ask him if he would consider taking more off, and he said no and you allowed it.. Again I’m sorry you feel you have to come in here and leave a 1 star and a bad comment. Your experience was due to your lack of preparation for the haircut. Just a friendly reminder I would look up some pictures before you go to the next barber and skulled him. Thank you and God bless

Mike is awesome. We had an appointment for my twins yesterday and he had a family situation were he had to cancel my two appointments. He texted me an...d told me about the situation and asked me if we could reschedule for first hour the next day. I agreed; when I got to the barbershop the place was full of people but his chair was empty because he was waiting for us. He is super responsible and attentive. My kids like the style he does in them. And I would recommend anyone to get a cut with him.!! Show more
