I do want to clarify a few important details to avoid confusion for future clients. The service you booked (Touch up/Lining) specifically states in the description, that's it’s not available for first time clients, and that your service can not be switched or upgraded in the chair without additional fees. Not only did u come in under the influence, and you broke the rules that were clearly stated in the description. Moral of the story don't be like this guy. Read the policy before you book.
