It’s upsetting to see that you were so dissatisfied with your recent visit. While I can take some form of accountability for maybe your haircut, not being to your standards, I cannot take full responsibility. My late policy does state that being more than 10 minutes late to your appointment can call for a cancellation on my end. If I reference back to your messages, you were actually 13 minutes late to your appointment. So if you had to wait while I had a client in my chair, I was in my right to take someone else as you were late. The haircut not being to your liking partially does have to do with you not being on time. I cannot complete a detailed haircut and beard that takes me 1 hour, in 40 minutes, as I am booked back to back. In the future, if you decide to book again, I do ask that you be on time in order for me to give you the haircuts that I am known for, given that you are a returning client.
