I cannot rate this place based on services rendered. I chose it because of the reviews and the proximity. I am not from Miami but have been down here ...for several weeks, because I am relocating. Initially I was disappointed because I wanted lashes done, but when I went to book it thru vagaro, it said there were no appts until October. Not a huge deal, I made a hair appt and figured I could just ask when I was there. Prices don't bother me, in fact since I live in Brooklyn now, these prices here didn't seem so bad. And I've walked by it several times and it looks very nice! Again, I used vagaro to book my appt. I booked for a haircut and color. Obviously since I am not from here I didn't select any particular stylist, I let it automatically choose for me. I booked the appointment for today, May 12 at 10am. The stylist that was chosen was Milly. Yesterday I received a confirmation text. The confirmed appt is also in my vagaro app. Since my Airbnb is only about 5 mins away I decided to go to Starbucks for a coffee first, then I parked my car outside the salon. This was very shortly before 10am. Maybe 9:50? At 10:03 I noticed the salon was still dark, but I went up to the door anyway to check. No one inside, door locked. Ok. Not a huge deal, the weather is kind of bad today. Few more minutes go by, no activity. So I decided to call the # on the website. When I called it, it screens you. You say your name and press # key, I did that twice and it hung up on me twice. So I texted it because it gives you the option to text. I stated I had the appt, that I was there but no one else was, and then I included a screenshot of my confirmed appts. The texts went thru, it was an RCS messages and I got double check marks. I waited until 10:35, still giving the benefit of the doubt because of the weather. However, it is now 11am and I am back at my house. No one has responded to my texts. I can understand being held up for the weather, or some sort of emergency, but it is in bad business practice to not have someone contact a client in the event that something happens. I am not badmouthing the business or the stylists, I am upset I did not get to experience the services, but this customer service was definitely less than stellar. Show more
I asked for something and got something way better then what I asked for milly not sure how to spell her name was very nice and lovey her service is a...mazing and I want to thank her I love my hair thank you 🩷!! 2nd time going there I will be back.
