VK was amazing! She is super nice and sooo friendly. You can tell she really cares about how the nails turn out. I got structure gel and cat eye polis...h. She patiently explained to me what cat eye is and showed me all the different types of reflection patterns. She even gave me complimentary cuticle oil with instructions to apply daily!
