  DO NOT BOOK THIS SLOT! Read only! Download the booking app (Teal in color) and set up your account. In order for you to book, a card MUST be put on file. _**YOUR CARD WILL NOT BE CHARGED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING!**_ The TOTAL FEE (minus a deposit if it was required by your particular braider) is required at the time of services. Forms of payments are: Cash, Zelle, ApplePay, Venmo, CashApp(+2.75% added) **CLOSED/OFF-DAYS** The shop is closed on Wednesdays and Sundays. If you are requesting an appt on these days, a $50 convenience fee will be added to total service price. Ex: $100 (lemonade braids) +$50 ( convenience fee) Total service cost is ($150) This fee is waived @ each braider discretion **LATE FEES/SAME DAY CANCELLATION** We understand that things happen in life that are out of our control. However, **COMMUNICATING is KEY** in our line of business. Please reach out to your braider if you are going to be late or late cancellation so that we can plan accordingly. **Fee: $1/min after original appt time.** After 15 mins, the appt must be rescheduled unless prior arrangements have been discussed & made with your braider. **NO CALL/NO SHOW:** All last min cancellations will be charged 50% of service price either with card on file or bring in payment to the shop! No **FUTURE** appts will be scheduled unless prior balance is paid in full. (**2) no calls/no shows will result in being blocked from booksy for future appts.** **SERVICES: (ALL)** services include a shampoo! If you choose to come pre-washed, please be properly **detangled** and **ready to be serviced**! If you are **not** properly detangled, an additional charge will be added to compensate for time spent providing an extra service. **Beads & Bows** are included in kids pricing. If you wish to bring your own, you are more than welcomed to do so! Most braiding styles includes the braiding hair also but you are more than welcomed to bring your own as well! Because supplies are included with a majority of our services, if you choose to bring your own supplies, **NO** fees will be deducted from the total cost! Please bring at your own discretion. **FOOD/DRINKS** We do not mind clients bringing in food & drinks during their time of services. However, we are asking that you please clean up after you and your kiddos & take trash out to the mall trash cans. We are **NOT** equipped to handle food/drink products because our trash is not taken out daily. Too many food/drink products bring in unwanted and unnecessary bugs/insects. Please try to help us keep a clean and safe environment. **Restroom:** Please be considerate when using the bathroom. Parents are to go with their child(ren) to ensure that they are not playing in the toilet, sink, or with tissue. We try our best to keep it clean but we would greatly appreciate it if you all did your part! **Toys** We strive to have a kid-friendly environment. Therefore there are a few toys in the kids area of the shop that can be used during the time of your appt. As your appt time is coming to a close, please make sure you and/or your child clean up and put toys back in its appropriate place.
