Terrible experience. She changed my first appointment and tried to get me in sooner which was great since I have a wedding this week. Then canceled th...e sooner appointment and scheduled for our original appointment time. Drove 30 minutes to a different address than listed on the internet, show up and walk inside and all the lights are off. Someone came from the back room and said she wasn’t coming today. My appointment was at 11:15am. I messaged her at 11:05 asking if I was in the right spot. Never heard from her. Terrible customer service. Not to mention the place was very sketchy (not the address listed online)

Queen does a fantastic job with my lashes, first person that put lashes for me and I don’t get out the chair with red teary eyes.
