I really would have liked to give zero stars. The appointment was confirmed and then when I contacted the stylist for the location to get my hair did,... I got no response. I used the map to drive to a location and wasted gas, not realizing that I had to contact the stylist via Instagram or text. If you are scared to give a client your location or phone number to actually call, you dont need to be in the hairstyling business. I am very disappointed about this whole situation. Show more
