My apologies on the miscommunication, but Mr. Murphy the day of your appointment which was on the morning of the 26th of July I sent you a text through the Booksy Mobile App stating, “ I’m Ready !”. But the funny part about this guy making the review is that he knows my number and where the shop is located. Not at any point in the allotted time did this guy respond nor try to contact me about his appointment at any time of the day. So therefore he is considered as an No-Show. Being said there are agreements and consent you have to agree to when booking with me and in those agreements there are terms for individuals who are not on time as well as those who are No-Shows. But the same time you spent typing your review you could have been trying to get in touch with me about what had happened and got your Kut with no problem but instead here you are 5 days later tryna paint me as a thief lmao. I Understand the kind of Guy You Are. I'll also a do you a solid by sending you a lil something back for the inconvenience. Just Text My Number or you can pull to the shop.
