Double booked and did not tell me. I had to go to someone else for my nails and she handled it unprofessionally. I booked on the app what was availabl...e a week prior to my appointment and the appointment was confirmed. I also sent a text to karen to confirm where she only read the text but no response. What I don’t like is my time being wasted and poor communication. From other customers this is not the first time Karen has double booked appointments with lack of communication. It’s okay because she did ask I have someone else do my nails and someone else in the shop did. Jimmy was friendly and had great communication skills. I won’t be coming back so it’s all good. There are plenty of salons out there.

you book last minutes then i can't do .I did told you i don't have time, Your nails is acrylic filling not overlay so you booked for overlay that's not enough time to do it. I give you the choice to make an appointment sooner or have someone else do it!! I only worked with you twice and everything was fine. you can go somewhere better. Thanks
