This was my first barbershop experience. I thoroughly enjoyed it. My appointment was at 9am. I got there about 10 minutes early. All the barbers were ...already there. I was greeted and seated immediately. Lotto was everything. He was cool and the vibe just flowed. He was attentive and took his time. He was very gentle and consistently checked in to ensure I was comfortable. The atmosphere of the shop was super cool. I appreciated listening to professionals passionately talking about their craft and receiving wisdom from their seasoned colleagues. The shop was clean and well lit. And to top it off the price was consistent with the Booksy app. Will recommend and be back. Thanks to the TopChop crew. Show more

I dont remember the barbers name but he sits up front....I wanted a beard trim and he did a rush job. Me being a former barber.....I understand CUSTOM...ER SERVICE is priority #1 but I truly believe he rushed just to get to the next head. The app says $15 for a beard trim....when he finished I ask what was the ticket...he said $20......i gave it to him....but this was not a $20 piece of work....in fact 24hrs later.....you cant see no definition in my beard....so it basically look like it did when I came in. I normally dont post reviews like this out there....but that was not good. I am sure this shop has good barbers....but that first visit was not a good one for me.... Show more
