I made an appointment with Amy after i saw her images of hair color work she has done on FB. I rarely get my hair cut or colored because i don't like... fussing with my hair. What Amy achieved with highlighting my hair made me feel so young again!!! My hair is so very pretty now, it really does the soul some good!! We have a winner, Canandaigua!! Show more

I met with Amy for a consultation a few weeks ago. She listened to my concerns and desires and gave great feedback, showing her knowledge and expertis...e in the science and art of coloring and styling hair. Booking an appointment was easy, she was very accommodating. She reached out to me this week to chat about my hair products that I had concerns with, and when I came to my appointment today she had products for me that she had researched and found, educating me on their appropriateness for my needs. Amy definitely knows her business, is very professional, talented and efficient. I wish I could share before pictures because Amy corrected all the old, brassy blonde and laid a gorgeous brunette with very light highlights, blending a bit of my gray as well, turning my hair back to a healthy natural looking state. I am beyond ecstatic that I found Amy, and hope for years of being her client! Show more

I contacted Amy prior to my appointment to make sure she could provide the color I was seeking. I sent over multiple inspo pics of what I was looking ...for. She assured me she could do what I was asking for. I booked a consultation with her and let her know I wanted to maintain the integrity of my hair, as I had a bad experience in the past with over processing. I booked an appointment after the consultation. I sent over an inspo pic of what I wanted a few days before the appointment. She did not mention during the consultation or before the service, it would take several sessions to get me to get this inspo pic. After the appointment, I was not happy with the result. The result looked nothing like the inspo pic. There was a breakdown in communication somewhere along the line. After seeing my inspo pics, she should have let me know the result needed multiple sessions to achieve in order to maintain the integrity of the hair. Had this been discussed before the appointment, I would have understood and not left unhappy. Show more
