Truly deserves a 0 star since I never received my service. I booked a pedicure. I paid my prepayment for the pedicure and when I arrived at the Salon ...it was closed. Noone was there and I waited 1 hour to see if someone would show up and no 1 did. I called the salon multiple. Times and no one picked up I finally got someone weeks later and they said they would issue a refund but still haven't. I'm currently going through the process of a refund through my credit card. Its unfortunate since this was a black own business and I wanted to support it Edit: "We all make mistakes. It’s how we come back from the mistakes that matters.” Show more

Hi Ms. Anderson Apologies for your experience with Nurturing Nails. It's no excuse. I sent your money back on cash app. And for your inconvenience I'll do your feet for free any time you need. I know it was an awful experience but I'd really like to make it better if you allow me. Or at least come eat at my diner on me. Breakfast or lunch Monday thru Saturday. Again I sincerely apologize.
