Normally we don’t allow outside hair to avoid bad quality hair that affects the final result & mistakes when clients buy the wrong hair accidentally but since you already bought the bundles we still did the install to accommodate you. Cheap non quality amazon bundles & buying the wrong closure size are what we pinpointed for you not liking the install. You wanted a versatile closure but you bought a small closure 2x6 & you would have needed a 5x5 or Frontal. The bundles you purchased were very thin & not a good quality & that's why you were able to get it for such a low price. We offered you the convenience option to get it redone at a discount & use a high quality bundle option along with the correct closure for what you wanted.
