Carmela is an amazing therapist! I didn't realize how much my body needed lymphatic drainage until I started working with her. I have endometriosis, f...ibroids and perimenopausal issues that cause a lot of inflammation that she has been able to clear out. Carmela is very talented in what she does. She made me super comfortable my first day and she got the hands of goddess. After my first day with her I ...was able to button my faja to the last hook and I’ve never went potty potty that much since surgery. I felt lighter right after my first session and can feel my skin softer after the massage. Each time I met with Carmela the results keeps getting better. Being in remission from breast cancer can feel scary. I had nodes removed and the risk of lymphedema is something I have been mindful of but had fear ...of being touched, drained etc. I had talk therapy in the same building and noticed Madison Lymphatics sign on a neighboring door and felt moved by the idea. I booked an appointment and could NOT be happier. Carmela is very caring, warm, comforting, respectful and very knowledgable. My arm had occasional heaviness along with other scars on my body. I was a skeptic at first but when my arm felt lighter, my belly felt less full and my overall energy skyrocketed, I knew this was just what my body needed. Now we are doing lymphatic drainage AND she's also a massage therapist and is going to work on breaking up some of my scar tissues. THANK YOU, Carmela for all the care and knowledge you provide me. I was skeptical at first as to the effect that massage would have on my lymphatic issues; however, the results were and continue to be substantial. I had a massage with Carmela today after recently having a breast reduction. Carmela was amazing, in every way. She spent a lot of time with me before... the massage, understanding my health history, listening to what I wanted/needed, and explaining the whole process. She showed me some things I could do myself and is sending me videos of more techniques I can use at home. The massage itself was awesome - I could feel the benefits as she was doing it, and I could feel and see the benefits afterwards. There is no doubt that this will help my healing, scars and otherwise. I am so glad I found her and have already made my next appointment and bought one for a friend who recently had a different surgery. Thank you, Carmela! Show more
