      25-Hour Cancellation Notice: Cancellations can be made by accessing your appointment details and selecting “Cancel Appointment.” Rescheduling Policy: If you need to reschedule within 24 hours or less of your appointment, a new deposit will be required, If your appointment has been held for more than two weeks and you need to reschedule, a new deposit will also be required. Deposits are non-transferable to a new appointment if rescheduled within 24 hours. Repeat last-minute reschedulers (2 or more times) may be restricted from future bookings. You are allowed 1 (ONE) free reschedule after that you will need to make another deposit. No-Call, No-Show Policy: If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, you will be automatically blocked from the booking system and unable to book future appointments. Rebooking Restriction: Clients who repeatedly cancel and rebook within 48 hours of their appointment (2 or more times) will have limited booking access and may be required to prepay in full for future services. A refresh can be scheduled whenever your perimeter needs attention. Miracle Knots can typically be worn for 3-4 weeks before a maintenance appointment is recommended, depending on hair growth, care, and the condition of the style. Please note: This service is for the perimeter only and does not include a full reinstall. If the style has reached the end of its wear period or requires more than a perimeter refresh, a new Miracle Knot appointment will be required.

I'm now hav...ing them refreshed and they look brand new...She starts off with the best shampoo and conditioning of your hair (which was the first for me when getting braids) then she is very caring and gentle on your hair from start to finish.
