Scheduled appointment about a month in advance. About two days prior I received a message asking to change the time to two hours earlier. I rearranged... my schedule and accepted. On the day of the appointment I was running a bit late so I texted about 10 minutes prior to the appointment time saying I'd be 10 minutes or less late and got no response. I got there about 5 minutes past my scheduled appointment time and Izzo wasn't there but one of the other barbers said he'd be back in a few minutes. I waited about 5 minutes then texted to let him know I was there...once again no response. After another 5-7 minutes I decided to leave since I had no idea how long he'd be. By now it was about 20 minutes after the scheduled appointment time. About 5 minutes after I left I got a call and then s text asking why I left; he said he had just left to grab a bite to eat when I said I was going to be late. Like I told him, I simply needed a response to either of my texts explaining he had stepped out and when he'd be back. I had no clue if he'd be back in 10 minutes or an hour and I couldn't wait indefinitely. Show more
