Just want to start off by saying the first appointment went perfectly, No hair issues , no roaches, and she did the style I booked for. Came back for... my second appointment and set my sandwich I’d just bought (went to the sandwich shop in the same parking lot because she was running late) on the desk, a few min later, baby cockroaches are seen running all over the desk. Anyways, I scheduled box braids (the same size length and even hair from the last session) and was told that she was “unable to do Knotless but could do regular box braids on some of the braids” which was weird because the first appointment we had no issue. We went back and forth until I felt pressured to take the regular braids in “some spots” and I told her I wouldn’t have booked if I knew it’d be regular box braids. The first appointment she did amazing which leads me to believe she just wasn’t feeling up to it that day, which is fine… just cancel the appointment instead of having unhappy customers. This time, the braids are not braided to the same length, many braids close to the edges of my hair are pulling and causing tension, parts are not symmetrical, braid bottoms unraveling, and was clearly rushed. I also waited 15 minutes past my appointment time because she was late then showed up sick. I should have left when she made it clear she wasn’t willing to do the style I booked but made the mistake of staying. Obviously won’t be back after this experience but she is talented when she TRIES. I just don’t have the time or patience to spend almost $300 to find she’s not feeling up to doing the service I booked that day. I also u swat and that this booth is rented out by Sola and the roach problem is probably their issue but that really was the cherry on top of it all😂

I am not from WA and have been astounded at how much they charge for braids. This was the best service I have ever gotten since I moved here. She was ...also the quickest which meant a lot to me. She was careful, skilled with a steady hand. I urge EVERYONE to seek her out but not before I make my next appt hahaha.
