Cindy was amazing! She was so sweet and made me feel super comfortable the whole time. My perm came out beautiful exactly what I wanted. She even fixe...d my haircut that was a total mess before. I brought my stepdaughter in for a “perm, and from the moment we walked in, Cindy was so welcoming, kind, and incredibly informative. My stepdaughter’...s hair is pin straight, and Cindy did such a fantastic job transforming it—she really listened and made sure everything came out beautifully. The entire salon staff was just as wonderful. Everyone was kind and attentive, offering me coffee while we waited, and one of the ladies even did a little makeup on my stepdaughter to make her feel extra special while her perm set. It turned the whole appointment into a memorable experience. I couldn’t be happier with the results or with how we were treated. I have no words to truly express how impressed I am with Bliss Boutique – this place is an absolute gem! From the moment I walked in, I felt like roya...lty. They welcomed me with the most incredible latte I’ve ever had – it reminded me of Viennese coffee in Europe with cream on top and a touch of cinnamon… absolutely delicious. And that was just the beginning! I went in for maintenance on my k-tip hair extensions, and I was taken care of by Cindy – and let me tell you, she is the BEST I have ever seen in my life! Professional, precise, fast, and incredibly gentle. She removed my extensions quickly, detangled my hair so carefully, then washed it and applied a mask that left my natural hair shinier than I’ve ever seen it. I was already amazed, but when she reapplied my extensions with such precision and ease, I was honestly speechless. And then came the cherry on top – as I was sitting there, the receptionist brought me a glass of Prosecco! 🥂 As someone from Eastern Europe, that little gesture touched my soul and completely won me over forever. From start to finish, the entire team was warm, sweet, and attentive. A couple of months ago, she gave me a gorgeous curly perm... that I truly loved but this time, I was ready for a change. I asked for a complete transformation: reversing the perm, adding extensions, and coloring my hair all while keeping it healthy. Cindy handled everything with such expertise and care. She walked me through each step, made sure my hair stayed protected, and the final result was beyond what I imagined. I came with black dyed hair, blonde dyed before and she was able to wash the color out and make me lighter. It did NOT damage my hair at all. Cindy is... the best at what she does and this is my second time coming here and now i went dark brown and i absolutely love it omg. The salon is absolutely beautiful and the staff go above and beyond! Cindy did my balayage service and I’m in shock with how GOOD MY HAIR CAME OUT!!!!...
