This shop is walking distance from my house yet it was my son’s first time in. Love the vibes and atmosphere! Ceicel took the time to ask my son what... he wanted, and showed him pictures. Ceisel has been cutting my son's hair since at least October 2023 and so far his work doesn't disappoint. Area of improvement, yes. In our experience,... disclosure of prices and fees. For example, when you book a child's haircut online is $25. However, he has been charging us $27 + tip for a basic haircut (no lines) for a 10 year old. In addition, we scheduled an appointment for 7/27/24 and I missed it. I didn't cancel it, let's be upfront. I booked a new appointment the next day. My son got his haircut and after the haircut Ceisel informed me that he was going to charge me $10 for not canceling the appointment. There is no disclose of this in the shop or website. I understand the charge, but definitely, disclosure of updates prices and fees, need to be updated and disclosed upfront for transparency. Show more
