I just recently paid $80 dollars for a nail set and the nail artist wanted me to send $5 more. I’m genuinely not happy with the way my nails turned ou...t, my birthday is this week and I really do not feel happy with my nails. I told the artist I was happy with my nails but as a customer who thinks is paying for good quality nails for that price especially, I shouldn’t be critiquing ever single nail. I kept having to correct the shape i wanted, i was cut and start bleeding from under my nail, and the design on each nail is completely different. The lining is very off and is not at all compared to what i wanted. I would like to come back before the 18th to get a new set and not be charged. I am leaving this review because I have been a loyal customer and I don’t like the fact that I have to go out of my way to send this, again, the nail tech is good but this time was not how I wanted it at all. Especially telling her it was my birthday. I have reached out to her and have gotten no response. I work hard for my money just like everyone else and want to make sure i put my money to good use. If i still get no response then i would like my money back. No hard feelings and I hope you understand. Thank you. Show more
