Sir, before you left you looked in the mirror 4 or 5 times and prior to you getting out the chair to ensure the service was what you wanted. I even called you afterwards acknowledging the mistake I made and informed you I would give you a refund if you came back so I could correct the issue. Instead you told me "no its cool, I already hit it with the straight razor". Also to say I was talking to much is ignorant, I had a short conversation with my fellow barber while also conducting your service, I time each service I do and yours was done in 45mins which I also have allocated to my schedule.
